Just a Quick Note

Just a few odds and ends to go with 'the great trimming' (in which many weeds are pulled from wildtechgarden.ca)

A few points:

1. Many (more) pages have been removed from www.wildtechgarden.ca as Daniel F. Dickinson pares down the amount of personal content on the Wild Tech ‘Garden’ website.
2. A previous update to the site’s generator results in a change of paths to a number of links to change, resulting in quite a few “404’s”. Since little of the affected content was being access anyway, bringing back those lost links is not a priority.
3. Daniel has been getting into using Zabbix, and as such created a guide to Zabbix on OpenWrt, as well as updated Zabbix templates for monitoring restic and resticprofile backups.
4. Daniel, as his mental health continues to improve—a reality which has been in play since he was first placed on his current medication for Schizoaffective Disorder, over seven years ago—has discovered that he no longer feels that privacy is an impossible dream (if a dream increasingly endangered by the technosurveillance culture that dominates our lives).
5. If you feel you really must see the old Wild Tech ‘Garden’ pages, you can always find them on the Wayback Machine.
